I spent 15 years as an acclaimed international model before turning my local industry knowledge and global experience to model management.

I have built a great team of experts at eMg and alongside my bookers, David Conway and Natalie Ko, we strive for excellence in every aspect of each model’s career.

Long term strategic planning, consideration for personal circumstances and a commitment to maintaining ethical management practices fortify our ethos here at eMg. This considered, tailored and insightful approach sets eMg apart from other agencies.

Above all eMg values the importance of education. Many of our models are still in school or studying, and as a mother of two teenagers I support this aspect of development wholeheartedly, and we will always work with these commitments.

eMg represents some of the world's most successful models, nurturing and shaping the careers of Australia's most promising stars. Sydney born Tallulah Morton has graced the pages of Vogue, walked for the world's biggest designers whilst fronting global campaigns for Escada, Lacoste, Benetton and Tommy Hilfiger to name just a few. Ilona Novacek was 14 when she was scouted during the 2000 Sydney Olympics. At 16, she first shot for luxury department store David Jones and by 17 she was a Vogue cover girl. New star Jack Vanderhart was famously discovered on Facebook by eMg and has gone on to big successes internationally, his first big break coming February 2010 walking exclusively for Calvin Klein, Jack became the first Australian to walk for Calvin Klein in 2 consecutive seasons. Jordan Coulter, another eMg male supermodel, has made waves on the modelling circuit starring in top international publications such as V, Vman, Numero, Vogue Nippon, GQ Style and more recently fronting a campaign for DSquared2 . Every model at eMg has the opportunity for success in the local and global markets.
